Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy
Tara-rific.com makes all efforts to get your merchandise to you in the safest and most cost effective manner.
Methods of Shipping – Tara-Rific Screenprinting Inc. preferred method of shipment is UPS. Tara-Rific Screenprinting Inc. can and will use other carriers at the customer’s request. The delivery schedule for goods to be received from shipment date is based on the shipment schedule established by the carrier.
Shipping Charges – Charges for shipping will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Tara-Rific Screenprinting Inc. can also ship goods using the shipping account number of the customer. The customer must contact the sales representative to set up this service.
Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
An order placed after 4pm will be shipped the following business day.
If an order is placed after 4pm on Friday, the next business day is Monday.
UPS does not deliver on Saturday. If you place an order on Thursday for
a 2nd Day Air delivery, you will receive the order on Monday. If you place
an order on Friday for Next Day Air, you will receive the order on Monday.
Most orders will ship UPS and will not be able to ship to PO Boxes.
If a PO Box is entered and we are unable to contact you by the 4pm
deadline. The order will not ship until the next business day.
Personalized and printed orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
In some cases, you may receive your order sooner. Please place
your order assuming 3 weeks for your printed or personalized order to
ensure you receive your order on time.
In stock items ship in 1-4 days. Out of stock items normally ship in 1-3 weeks.
We will notify you via email if there is a delay or backorder.
Stitch files and/or clipart are delivered via email. Please allow 24 hours for delivery of stitch files and/or clipart. There is no tax or shipping on files sent electronically.

Quality control is very important to us. We'll do everything we can to make sure your order is filled correctly.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, Tara-Rific Screenprinting Inc. can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. If we have caused a mistake we will correct the mistake and redo your order.
In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please contact us at (718) 583-6864 . Tara-Rific Screenprinting Inc. is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (718) 583-6864 within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. If digitizing process has been completed, this fee will not be refunded.
